Midland

The Eskimo Hut in Midland is located just off the Southeast corner of Midkiff and Wadley Ave. The Midland Eskimo Hut store opened in April 2002 to help cure the need for frozen drinks and a drive thru in the dry desert. Midland, which is located halfway between Fort Worth and El Paso Texas, is located in the heart of the desert. Located in the Permian Basin, it is the world’s fifth largest oil and gas producer which is the driving force behind our economy. Known for being the home of George W. Bush and George H. W. Bush, Midland has been home to many other famous people as well.

One of the huge attractions in Midland is the “Summer Mummers”. Held at the historic Yucca Theatre, “Summer Mummers” is a melodrama that has drawn in thousands of people from all over the world for over 51 years. With several museums and our AAA Midland Rockhounds baseball team, there are plenty of places that support the Eskimo Hut.

For the first nine months the Midland store was open, we would get on an average of 5-10 customers a day from Odessa, which is 20 miles away. We’ve had people come from as far away as Big Spring and Fort Stockton, just to get a taste of these Eskimo Snow daiquiris. The Eskimo Hut in Midland runs a great Double Shot Tuesday special, in which where our normal $1 per shot turns into two shots for only a buck! We sell daiquiris by the gallon and run a special on these gallons. Our gallons go for only $25 but we will give you 10 extra shots for only $5 more. That’s right - $30 for a gallon with 10 extra shots! Just pick your flavor and let the party begin. Some of the most popular flavors at our Midland location are the Tropical Sunset and the Bald Navel. Our Tropical Sunset consists of Orange, Banana, and Pina Colada, while the Bald Navel is the unmistakable Peach and Orange.!
